Angel and Karla were very friendly and helpful during my last minute shopping spree. I’m sure they always get people rushing in to find something needed for party or event. They were so patient and knew where to locate what was needed. I’ll be back for sure.
This place is so quiet which I like. I went here a few weeks back to pick up some things for a project. I was glad to find what I needed. I also was happy when there was no line at checkout.
Shopping for costumes 2 days before Halloween Crazy Right...But the staff were amazing as my kids needed the bathroom they allowed. And ANGEL went on a Mission to find a costume they showed online in stock but not on shelves. She was running all over the store helping out. This is Guest Service at its best. All the girls working this night had Amazing attitudes and were very helpful. 😃 😊 (you don't find guest services like this much)
They have alot of supplies here but most of their items are placed incorrectly. I brought items to the front and asked about the prices because I could tell the store was a bit disorganized. So I only bought a few of the items I selected. Bummer.
If you need anything for a party this is your one-stop shop. Great store
We were not helped after standing in “line” for 20 minutes and then some lady was handed a bunch of balloons and they told her to skip the line and go straight to the register to check her out while 3 people filled balloons and 1 person was at the register.
I went here to buy two plastic masks which were already overpriced at $5 a piece. Cashier was very rude and hostile towards me and (later on when called) said the staff tomorrow will figure out the problem before hanging up on me. The reason I called was that when I later looked at my bank statement, I was charge THREE times for the same purchase! Exact same price of $10.67 (for two expressionless plastic masks). I simply cannot understand how they are still in business with these practices being that I am currently paying over $30 for two masks and the lady who was cashiering and answered the phone couldn’t care any less.
